  Elliot Davis and his crew at DCD did an outstanding job refinishing my previously stained concrete. The old finish was done 15+ years ago and wasn't done right (wasn't neutralized before sealing) and it had begun to discolor and looked bad. It even was coming up with a wet paper towel. I took a lot of time to research the contractors on the MS Coast and selected DCD because of their customer focus.
  
  Elliot came and put together a plan to achieve the result we wanted. These are knowledgeable folks who know what they are doing.
  
  He kept in constant communication and showed up when he said he would and did exactly what he said he would do. That itself is refreshing when dealing with a contractor.
  
  He didn't quit until the result was what we wanted. Staining concrete is an art form that is sometimes trial and error as the stains react differently job-to-job. They were committed to test different colors and layers over the base coat and work with us until it was just right. Very patient and customer centered as the stains were tweaked to be just right.
  
  I can not emphasize enough the customer focus that they have. They want you to be pleased with the result. Besides being pros at applying products, the customer focus is why you should use them! This is how every business transaction should be. A win-win!
