  Horrible! They Charge you a service fee of $60 and then try to scam you by not coming out with the replacement part. 2 months later several phones being hung up on or no one answering. I finally found a save text from when Toby's came out on the first service call and that's the only reason he finally came out and replaced the flap on my ice maker. When asked why they never called he said that he tryed and I never answered! I never received any calls about my replacement part coming in. Toby also try to charge me another service feewhen he came out that second time when replacing the flap on the ice maker.
